- To hear public comment pursuant to Title 15.2, Chapter 25 and Title 22.1 Chapter 8 of the Code of Virginia as amended, on the proposed budget for fiscal year 2007-2008. The proposed budget is for informative and fiscal planning purposes only and includes departmental expenditures totaling $ 97,328,721.

- To receive citizen comment in accordance with Section 15.2, Chapter 25 of the Code of Virginia, as amended, on the proposed Stoney Creek Sanitary District Budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2007 and ending June 30, 2008. The budget is for informative and fiscal planning purposes only and includes expenditures totaling $3,265,820. The ad valorem tax rate for Real Estate will be $0.17 per $100 Assessed Valuation. - To receive citizen comment in accordance with Section 15.2, Chapter 25 of the Code of Virginia, as amended, on the proposed Toms Brook-Maurertown Sanitary District Budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2007 and ending June 30, 2008. The budget is for informative and fiscal planning purposes only and includes expenditures totaling $1,340,650. The ad valorem tax rate for Real Estate will be $0.04 per $100 Assessed Valuation.
