A. Consideration of a Resolution adopting the Budget for FY 2007/2008.
Actions: Approved by a vote of 5-1 (Supervisor Morris dissenting) the Budget for FY07/08 by
increasing the total budget amount by $85,000 to a revised grand total of
$97,413,721.
B. Consideration of a resolution to adopt the Stoney Creek Sanitary District Budget and
establishment of the ad valorem tax rate for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2007 and ending June
30, 2008.
Actions: Unanimously approved the resolution adopting the SCSD Budget and establishing
the ad valorem tax rate for 07/08.
C. Consideration of a resolution to adopt the Toms Brook/Maurertown Sanitary District Budget
and establishment of the ad valorem tax rate for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2007 and ending
June 30, 2008.
Actions: Unanimously approved the resolution adopting the TBMSD Budget and establishing
the ad valorem tax rate for 07/08.
D. Consideration to adopt a Resolution to Allocate Personal Property Tax Relief Act, of 1998
Relief For Qualifying Personal Use Vehicles For Tax Year 2007.
Action: Unanimously approved the resolution allocating the PPTRA for qualifying personal
use vehicles for tax year 2007.
