1. Approval of minutes from the January 12 regular personnel committee meeting.
Action: Minutes approved with changes.

2. Discussion with Debbie Francis regarding a vacant Communications Officer position.
Action: Committee recommended to the full board filling the vacant communications officer position. To be considered at the February 23, BOS meeting.

3. Discussion with Rob Pasco regarding a vacant Library Custodian position.
Action: Committee recommended to the full board filling the custodian position. To be considered at the February 23, BOS meeting.

4. Request to enter into Closed Session under Section 2.2-3711 (A) (1) of the Code of
Virginia, to discuss appointments to the Historic Courthouse Task Force. The membership will be as follows: a member of the Board of Supervisors, a member of the Woodstock Town Council (selected by the Town Council), a member of the Shenandoah County Historical
Society, the Tourism Director, the Library Director, two citizen members in the geographical areas other than the Historical Society's representative (one citizen from District 1 and 2, and one citizen from District 3 and 4), and one representative from the judicial system (Commonwealth Attorney).
Action: Entered into Closed Session.

5. Consideration of appointments.
Action: Committee recommended to the full board the following appointments:
Woodstock Town Council - Bill Pence
Historical Society - Barbara Adamson
Tourism Office - Susie Hill
Library - Rob Pasco
Citizen Reps District 1&2 - Rosemary Wallinger
Citizen Reps District 3&4 - Dan Harshman
Judicial Representative - Al Mitchell
Board Representative - TBA
