Approval of minutes from the January 12 regular personnel committee meeting.

2. Discussion with Debbie Francis regarding a vacant Communications Officer position.

3. Discussion with Rob Pasco regarding a vacant Library Custodian position.

4. Request to enter into Closed Session under Section 2.2-3711 (A) (1) of the Code of Virginia, to discuss appointments to the Historic Courthouse Task Force.
The membership will be as follows: a member of the Board of Supervisors, a member of the Woodstock Town Council (selected by the Town Council), a member of the Shenandoah County Historical Society, the Tourism Director, the Library Director, two citizen members in the geographical areas other than the Historical Society's representative (one citizen from District 1 and 2, and one citizen from District 3 and 4), and one representative from the judicial system (Commonwealth Attorney).
