Special Use Permit No. 13-05-01: A Special Use Permit/Level II Home Business requested by Dennis W. Thomas to operate a business selling outdoor woodstoves from a private storage building located on property at 1629 Zion Church Road, Maurertown, Virginia 22644. The property lies approximately two miles south of the intersection of Old Valley Pike (Route 11) and Zion Church Road (Route 654). The property is zoned Agriculture (A-1) and contains 1.512 acres of land. Tax Map # 34-A-117D.
