Shenandoah County Parks and Recreation will be offering a wide variety of classes this Winter. No matter what age, we will have a class that you will enjoy. Gymnastics Program has started; second session just a few weeks away!
SCPR's Gymnastics progarm returned this month in a new location and on a new day; the old Mt. Jackson Fire Department is now the Mt. Jackson Community Center and this facility will play host to SCPR's gymnastics program. The gymnasium is a tad bigger than the Edinburg School's, and it's brighter and easier to get to. 2nd Annual Strasburg Duathlon
The 2nd Annual Strasburg Duathlon returns on Saturday, April 14, and will be based at the Strasburg Town Park. Click here for a flyer. Registration is now open at http://www.active.com/triathlon/strasburg-va/2nd-annual-strasburg-duathlon-2012; be sure register early so that you don't incur late fees! Deadline is April 12.
Annual Winter Arts & Crafts Show
The 2012 version of the Annual Winter Arts & Crafts Show is set for Saturday, March 10, 2012. If you are a craft vendor and would like to reserve a booth space for the show, please click HERE for a downloadable application. The deadline for craft vendors is March 7, and we still have about 25 spaces available. Don't delay!
