§ 16-1. Finance Board abolished. [EN]1

Pursuant to the provisions of § 58.1-3151 of the Code of Virginia, as amended, the County Finance Board of Shenandoah County, Virginia, be abolished forthwith.

§ 16-2. Vesting of powers in Board of Supervisors.

All authority, powers and duties of the County Finance Board shall vest in the Board of Supervisors of Shenandoah County, Virginia.
