Plan From 2005 To 2025

This comprehensive plan was adopted on June 28, 2005 and was continuously updated thanks to the diligent and caring work by a group of unpaid volunteers known as the Citizen's Advisory Committee. This organization filled the role that a typical private firm would, and saved Shenandoah County tens of thousands of dollars of tax revenue every year. This plan was replaced by the County's fourth Comprehensive Plan, A Future Together, on September 10, 2024.
